Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help
Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- To start a return, email support@btsell.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., different color or model), follow the return steps above and note the desired replacement. Exchanges are shipped once your return is received.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
